I love Salt Yoga South and have been going for over a year. However, recently, I've had some "iffy" instructors and hope that is not a sign of things to come. Specifically, the Sunday morning @ 7:30 am seems not up to par compared to your normal, incredible teaching. I love this studio and plan on continuing but I just thought I needed to say something.

I am new to yoga and I’m not very good at it. I have never felt like any of that mattered while at Salt, I always contribute MY best practice and it’s enough!

i love being able to sit still and focus on myself & God for an hour. the instructor is amazing, calm, and can really read the crowd to see what they are feeling/needing! i’ve brought my friends that are boys and despite their inflexibility they love it!

I love that the instructor Keri had amazing positive attitude. She defitenlty challenged me mentally in every movement that she instructed through the class. I honestly wanna return back when I’m established more financially to attend the class. Overall it was astounding experience.

Everything!! I have a membership st Lifetime through work but I come to you for Yoga because it is such an experience. I tell everyone the same thing. It transcends just going to work out. I’m hooked

Instructors! I have gone to the same class with the same instructor, Keri Edwardes, for a couple of years. I am amazed at how fresh and new Keri teaches each session! Sometimes you can anticipate what move is coming next when you have been with an instructor for awhile...but not with Keri! She also has such a positive spirit and makes everyone feel very comfortable in her classes. She is the best!
