I love the class offerings. I prefer the classes that are around 90*. I am glad the mats are cleaner. There are still a cpouple of people that have rancid mats. I mean really bad smelling mats. I hope you sanitize the mats regularly and the floors every day or two. I appreciate it when you start on time. Durring the week I run with very little margin.
Love the availability of classes, being able to reserve a spot in advance, and the excellent teachers. I have noticed that the studio does not seem to be as clean as it used to be. The white wall needs to be wiped down and the floor needs to be swept regularly. I understand this isn’t always possible between classes, but I don’t recall ever noticing dirt (dust, hair, etc.) on the floor or smudges (sweaty finger prints, sweat marks, etc.) on the walls until earlier this year. Thank you.
SALT is my everything. It is where I go to center my body, mind and soul.
SALT is such an awesome place to get a work out in, and I always feel so relaxed when I leave!
I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Salt South. The studio is beautiful and immaculate. It draws people of all skill levels. 3 of my daughters joined last summer and found it a good place to be a beginner- without judgement. . The staff is filled with highly skilled instructors each with something special to bring to the room. It’s a place where you can get a great workout and sweat the stress out of your system if that’s what you want. (some instructors and more difficult than others) If you’re looking more for time to reconnect with yourself and learn self compassion you can have that too. If you need a safe place to navigate transitions in life, heal or pursue personal growth/ transformation you can find that too. I love Salt. It’s a ommunity of some of the best people I know. Wish more people would give it a try. 5 stars.
