Hi Teresa. Liking everything since come back. I can't think of any feedback...maybe coach the instructors to give Yoga instruction? Kerry always makes nice reminders about positions of hands, feet and so forth. Nothing crazy is needed just a few tips? (Ashley) specifically.
But if you haven't heard this from anyone else ignore it.

Keri is a fabulous teacher and just a marvelous human being! Not to mention the fact she is smart and gorgeous!

I have tried so many yoga classes in the Tulsa area and cannot find an experience quite like Salt. I live so far but will continue to do drop ins when my schedule allows because it’s just so so wonderful.

Anyone is welcome at SALT. The variety of people who practice there is a testament to the fact that when one walks through the door, they not only feel seen but truly valued.

My favorite definition of yoga is simply a “union” or “connection.” Over the last five-six years I’ve practiced at SALT, although I - like many - have felt a sense of disconnection in certain areas of my life, one thing has always stayed intact and that’s coming to SALT. For that, I’m externally grateful.

First time going to Salt and I had a wonderful experience! Instructor was very pleasant and easy to follow! Also the facility is so pretty and clean! Can’t wait to come back!

The classes are always high energy and have unique flows to them. I always leave feeling better than I did when I showed up.
