Love SALT! Have been going here since high school and make sure to attend a class every time I visit Tulsa. Their practice is consistent, no matter the instructor. "Sweat and Surrender" is one of my favorite classes I have ever attended.
Salt is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Each instructor is unique, pair that with your best possible practice and you've got a bowl of sunshine everyday. Words can't express the level of love I have for this place, instructors and the awesome community. Each time I go I become a better, stronger, healthier, and happier human.

Signing up for classes is easy and the classes are just the right amount of "hard." Also like that you can see how many spots are open before signing up for a given class.
