I really liked the two classes I have tried. I am a beginner with yoga, but the instructors were easy to follow and it was easy to modify and not feel out of place in the class. The studio is very nice - a bit crowded but the vibe is good.

I like that everyone is so welcoming and supportive especially during the two classes I’ve attended. The instructors encouraged everyone to work at their own pace cause this is their session and their time. I have never done yoga and been twice now! I live out of town but definitely will be looking into coming back when I’m visiting family here again.
The classes are great! Each teacher has a unique style which brings variety to the flow. I had attended classes years ago and did not feel welcome in the room as a newcomer. However, when I returned last year the vibe was much different. Many students are friendly and the community, welcoming.

I am a beginner, and while it was fast paced, I enjoyed that I was able to follow easily, and had a lot of great examples around the room of variations.
Holy Yoga was fantastic! Kelley is so gifted and anointed at what she does. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the yoga was a challenge, which is what I wanted and needed.
I really enjoyed feeling like some of my stress was released!
Facility is clean and comfortable. Great instructors with different styles and personalities. All are knowledgeable and professional and fun. Class times are convenient. Best place for yoga in Tulsa!

Kris was a great instructor for the beginners class on 1/27. She gave great examples and modifications.
Angel was great as my first instructor at Salt. They have a nice studio. I was impressed that Angel was expecting me at the door, then remembered my name as I was leaving. I will definitely be going back.
I appreciate the variety of classes available in the studio and the convenience of the yoga app.
