I LOVE KERRI SO MUCH! i live in san francisco and go to multiple yoga studios, but kerri's class was the first yoga class ive been to in a very long time that i felt like i worked hard, strengthened my muscles, stretched my entire body, and felt my mind clear. Maybe ill move back just for her!!
I like the variety of teaching styles and the atmosphere. I have encouraged my friends to join me on the mat there. It helps keep me accountable when my friends join me.

Awesome class and instructor was very welcoming to me as a beginner.
If someone can tolerate the heat I would definitely recommend it. You guys have a great teachers. The classes are challenging and fun. Clientele is wonderful. I wish you had a 4 o’clock class during the week sometime.
I enjoyed the slow and meditative yoga. It filled me up with a new love of yoga. I'll definitely be going to more yoga classes!

Studio very nice and clean. Mats, blankets, and other equipment available if needed. Instructors were friendly and easy to follow. Probably one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in awhile! Highly recommend!
I am a busy executive with mountains of stress and deal with tight muscles and mobility issues. The class was AMAZING! I was very skeptical going into the class. I didn’t think I could do yoga. I was wrong. The instructor was easy to follow and gave subtle queues to help me get the most out of the class. I’d recommend anyone to try it.

The expertise, energy & fun the instructors bring to their classes, the Salt Merch is on point and the community within the studio is unmatched. I also value that each instructor takes the time to get to know their students and makes each of us feel special, loved and important
I like the flow and the energy of each class. I do think the class prices are slightly high but comparable to other studios.

Instructors, cleanliness and spiritual experience
I LOVE holy yoga! It is the perfect way to start the week and all the instructors are so sweet and caring. I also really enjoyed the hot yoga classes I attended! Such a good workout!
All the instructors are genuinely happy, kind, professional and personable. Each instructor has their own style or personalized class. The room gets hot, everyone sweats, gets a great workout and most importantly has fun. No matter where my head is when I show up, I always leave with a smile.
