The instructors are great! Strengthen and sweat is my go to. However, I am enjoying the smaller class size. The full capacity classes are a little tight for me.

Anyone can take the classes! Different modifications for every level. You really get your sweat on & heart rate up! Always feel sore after!

Salt is AMAZING - I love the vibe of the studio, the workout is fantastic, and the instructors are really really good. The only constructive feedback I'd like to offer is that some of the "strengthen & sweat" classes are very advanced/challenging, while others seem more restorative. When there is no differentiation reflected in the scheduling, it's hard to plan (for example, I am a runner/barre instructor and use Salt to supplement those other activities)... it would be very helpful if the classes were consistent (or differentiated somehow). That is all, thanks! We love you!

Loved Rachel's class on Saturday. Loved how she held the poses. Loved how she directed the class in our practice. I am from Wichita and visit Tulsa often and will for sure return! THANKS, Mignon!!!

Love Salt Yoga! Have been going for 3 mos now and already feel stronger. Great for the mind and body. All the instructors are great, both for the beginner and the experienced!
