I've visited many Yoga studios and SALT Yoga is absolutely the best. The instructors are exceptional and their ability to queue the class in the pose and provide reminders about form and technique are impressive. All of the instructors are impressive. The virtual platform was crucial during the COVID lockdown. Thank you, SALT!

Your instructors are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I only wish you had a south Tulsa location. That is the biggest struggle is driving across the city.

Some of the best yoga ever. I believe the practice at Salt is unique and both physically challenging and mentally healing. Keri is an intuitive, energizing presence. I feel good for days after a practice.
I love Salt's "yoga is for everybody" approach. The instructors are all excellent, and very kind and supportive. By far my favorite studio to-date. I can't recommend them enough. If you haven't tried a class here, I urge you to sign up!

I love all the holy yoga instructors Molly Kelly Whitney Kathrine Shurayah. I’m grateful for each of them. Love their kindness and inspiring script sharing. Holy yoga has been the life changing and saving source during hard times. Thank you for offering this class so I have a safe comfortable place to connect with God.

We recently joined this yoga studio because of an extended stay Tulsa that’s keeping us away from home. The entire staff and several students have made us feel so welcomed. And the classes are great.
I had a great first experience! I was welcomed in by the instructor, I felt like I got enough attention from the instructor without feeling like I was drawing attention or felt embarrassed. And afterward I even got encouragement from a couple people on how well I did! I will definitely be making it a regular part of my week and inviting others!
Sure am looking forward to not having to wear the mask though! It’s hot enough in that room!
The people who teach enjoy their roles as instructors and encourage all to practice at their own individual level.
Salt is wonderful and I don’t have enough good things to say about Keri! I refuse to do yoga anywhere else.
