I've been to a few classes. The instructors are awesome. The space and equipment are clean! The price isn't too high and the instruction so far is really well orchestrated. I'm very satisfied and I'll be completing your Thirty challenge!
SALT has amazing facilities, incredible instructors, tons of classes to fit my busy schedule, and the best community in town. There’s no better place for yoga in Tulsa!

SALT has consistently awesome instructors, each bringing unique contributions and I always learn something or experience something new that is helpful. The SALT studio is brilliantly designed and soooo comforting-it's like putting on my fave sweater every time I go.

Great place and great instructor but it was not a DETOX 2 hour! It was a power yoga 2 hour
Many of us had to leave the room and class to survive. Might be best to rename it as advanced 2 hour sequence or flow.
The studio is great, the staff is lovely, the classes are great. Lots of variety based on the instructor, so all in all, its the best Yoga studio in town.

Very nurturing and healing atmosphere. The Instructors are wonderful. The fellow yogis are very respectful of each other. I have attended many yoga studios and Salt is a stand-out among the rest. I love this place.

I like everything about it. Not every class is the same and not every class is my favorite if I’m being honest. I always feel good even if it wasn’t my favorite type of class. Always a great energy, environment and the teachers are all amazing . I buy your gift certificates as presents and tell everyone to try your Utica location (only one that I’ve tried).
If I’m being completely honest sometimes it’s so loud I can’t hear the teachers and the entire class looks a little lost. It would be nice if there were a few classes that held poses w/more instruction. It would be awesome if the weight classes had an early or later class so working women could join more regularly. Overall this is one of my favorite experiences on a regular basis. It’s a special place w/great energy. I love just being there and I leave feeling I accomplished something from each class. True gem.
