I have been a yogi very several years. I was introduced to Salt in 2019 by my sister-in-law. I became an annual member and have been one since.
Each instructor has their own methods and their own challenging sequences. I am capable of targeting specific muscle groups by taking classes with specific instructors.
Keri was an excellent instructor! I am VERY picky about my yoga - level, music, etc - and she exceeded every aspect!
