Good teachers, heat is perfect, clean studio!
We LOVE your staff and classes, however it’s really disappointing to not have access to a south location any longer. We live in Jenks and have to leave 35minutes before class now so a simple class is about a 2hr 15min commitment. The online classes are helpful when I’m traveling on business but it simply isn’t the same. I’m sadly being dragged to consider classes at studios in Jenks or joining lifetime given the limited options from Salt
Our teacher was great and the class size was only 3 other people which made the atmosphere manageable!
The instructors are great. They give movement options so beginners and those more experienced can take what they need from the class. It's a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I continue to enjoy my experiences at SALT!

Can say enough... Your instructors are fantastic, generous and very approachable. The facilities are great. Certainly miss the South Tulsa location but the drive North to so worth it. I always get what I need from my time there; the experience certainly "checks" a lot of boxes for me physically and spiritually. Always look forward to my weekend sessions and see it as a critical part of my wellbeing. Bravo..!

I love how every teacher brings their own creative expression to every class. I’ve been to many yoga studios in LA, Portland and Tulsa too and this is my favorite one of all. Depending on the teacher it’s always a beautiful combination of non-denominational spirituality, great music, community and fun. I get a great workout in while also feeling emotionally healed!
