I love this studio and the attitude of everyone there. They are very welcoming and really know what they are doing. The variety of classes gives me plenty to choose from and the times that they are available are very convenient for a person with any type of schedule. The challenging aspect of these classes differs, but the teachers are very good about making adjustments or explaining how to help you based on the different experience levels in the class. Chris' vinyasa class is my favorite thus far. It is very challenging and he pushes my limits! Thank you guys for helping me take my practice to the next level. Keep up the good work.
