I really like this studio as it is always well maintained with very professional and friendly staff.
The yoga teachers are great without exception. Classes and times are very convenient and run throughout the day.
Workshops are offered throughout the month as a supplement to a regular yoga schedule. A nice variety of tea is offered at the end of class as well as being available for purchase.

I've been to a lot of studios these past few years, but I really like the feel of Namaste (the HP studio)-- it's small, intimate, and there's no "corporate" feeling like w/ YogaWorks. Also, the quality of teachers is quite good-- I've practiced a lot with both Dana and Hannah this past month and I've very much enjoyed it! I used to drive all the way to mid-city to take classes, but I might just switch to Namaste as my primary studio. Thanks so much for creating the space!
The variety of class type and skill level
Instructors are very attentive and concerned with your well being. We have not done yoga for years and even then we were never more than beginners. And now that we are aging it is even more difficult to start again, although we desperately need the stress relief and to rebuild strength and flexibility. But the instructors were very hands on in helping us to find variations on poses and never made us feel that we should be better/stronger/more flexible than we were. There are also an abundance of aids/props to help you with poses and to make you more comfortable. And with the water and tea after every session It is a very nurturing environment.

The facilities are nice and clean. The perfume/scents during class provide a great atmosphere.
It is unique to have a focused class like healthy backs. Sore and injured backs are a fact of life....especially as we age. Offering a class that will help heal, strength and thereby prevent future injuries is a wonderful gift.
I love that you offer the rare monthly membership that's within my budget. I love the mobile app. and convenience of reserving a class spot in advance. The facility is comfortable, clean and peaceful, and the AC has worked really well on these hot summer days. There are always enough props. The tea samples are delicious. Public parking is fairly easy considering the busy locale.
I also love almost all of the teachers I've taken classes from so far. While not all of the classes marked as "ok for beginners" on the website are as beginner friendly as I'd like, the excellent lunchtime yoga & meditation classes make it all worthwhile. Sondra and Matthew are wonderful teachers who make a perpetual beginner/slow learner like me feel welcome with modification options, without dumbing it down for the other students. I never feel judged or uncomfortable in their classes but always feel challenged (even when I can't do everything).

Lovely space and the instructor was great. She really helped me correct my poses and was very encouraging and had positive energy. I haven't done yoga in a while so I really appreciated her help.
