The space, the instructors.
I love the laid back atmosphere at Namaste; the perfect rooms, little garden, clean bathroom. It is a joy to come in to the space. I have taken some time off because of an injury, and when I came back, it was such a relief and comfort. Matt's monotone voice puts me at ease after working with young children all day with their erratic energies and loud voices. Thank you for creating such a beautiful studio to practice yoga.
Seems like a mellow ego less vibe this far. teachers have a good energy... tough to find, I think.

Staff and yoga teachers are friendly and attentive. The place is clean and spacious. I like the schedule of classes. My favorite class is Kundaliini. Sat Devibir is awesome.

Staff is knowledgeble, friendly and helpful; they take time to get to know you and their interest is genuine. Love Nora, Saundra, Mathew and Ani, Jasmine and Jaime.

Dana's class was so welcoming and nurturing. I appreciated her teaching style, as she was very connected, grounded and aware of the space and each individual. She created a warm, comforting vive and guided the class with very descriptive, texturized vocabulary and gracefully made gentle adjustments/suggestions. I would recommend her class to anyone looking to deepen their practice, or even if they have never taken a yoga class in their life.
It's great. It's where I truly find peace with my yoga practice. I love all the workshops they offer monthly.

I really loved the studio space and the workshop I took with Steve. All employees were very warm and welcoming, as were the rest of the students taking the workshop. I would recommend different bolsters, however. As the ones that are available for use are really flat and don't do much to aid in getting into positions when using them for that purpose. They also seem to have some sort of board inside of them that makes them really uncomfortable.
I love the warm welcoming feeling when coming into the studio. The space is beautiful and the teachers are knowledgeable about yoga on a deeper level than just the asana.
I really like the space and the teachers, and that they all have their own style, yet there is continuity as well.
