Namaste Highland Park Yoga is a serene refuge. The space is clean and well ventilated, with natural light featured in its architecture. The students are dedicated and hard working, yet also affable and hip. The teachers are adept and approachable. For example Chris Reed, who teaches the intermediate 3 pm Saturday vinyasa class, uses trauma sensitive movement ques which invite the students to make their own choice of intensity in the movement. Also, he teaches a basic yet unpretentious philosophy of universal forgiveness. Overall a perfect experience of modern yoga in a relaxed bohemian setting. Thank you Chris Reed and Namaste.

I loved Steve's class. He was very encouraging and explained the positions very well. I am a somewhat beginner at yoga so that was so helpful for me. The eucalyptus oil he gave us at the end of class was such a nice touch. I also LOVE the tea you have at the end of class!

I like everything about Namaste. The classes and teachers are just great. I appreciate how it brings neighbors together and creates community.
Very personable instructors and front desk staff. Instructors are top notch and the space is clean. I love the art exhibits too.I have practiced in many st adios around d the western US and I feel like this studio responds to the needs of the community more than any other studio I have been to.

The class was challenging yet not too challenging. I liked how the teacher came over and did corrections through out class.

I like ALL of the teachers at Namaste HP, which has never been true at any other yoga studio. You've got the right vibe going of peace through movement. At least, that's what's right for me. Everyone is sincere and authentic is honoring where each individual is, never pushing, but always encouraging. Thanks!

The teachers are great, there is a great sense of community. The tea at the end of each classs is awesome as well as the essential oil. The details are important, and at Namaste, they care.
