I really enjoyed Chona's soundbath with Aiysha! It was the best sound bath I've ever experienced (and this includes workshops I've attended at both Namaste and at other studios)! Please host more of these as Chona's mini-reiki AND Aiysha's mix of sounds (as opposed to voice only, gong only, or crystal bowls only) are a wonderful combination and something that other studios don't offer!
I also like how you really try to build community (art shows, cooking for homeless, community yoga on Sundays, monthly patio breakfasts, etc.).
Front desk staff are always friendly and of course the teachers are the best (Nora, Chona, Sondra, Jaime, Jasmine).

Love Ani's classes. I've done yoga for years and I've never had a teacher as communicative and knowledgable as Ani.
I started at Namaste because it was the only yoga studio with hours early enough on the weekdays. I'd love if the hours went even a bit earlier before 6:45AM (Ani's classes).
Will continue to be a appreciative member as long as I live here! Thank you!
Top Ten Things about Namaste Yoga.
1. It's 5 minutes from my house.
2. You have a variety of classes at all levels with different focuses at different times of the day.
3. Kundalini Yoga on Saturday. I love Sat Devbir Singh and his associate.
4. Restorative Yoga with Sondra.
5. I love all of the teachers...so creative!
6. Beautiful facility.
7. I like that there are both young and "old" people who attend classes.
8. There are wipies to clean the mats.

Love it! Very welcoming atmosphere, variety of classes, and talented teachers.
Good location if you live near by. I typically attend classes in Highland Park, so as always the instruction was wonderful. Parking is a road block for people who don’t live within walking distance.
Friendly folks at the front desk, spacious studio, no attitude and real yoga values of understanding and sensitivity. also great coffee basically next door.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Hannah was such a great instructor- the class was definitely still a challenging workout, but she made sure that we got into the postures and maintained the postures correctly, including maintaining proper breath. She asked if I have any injuries or physical problems to note, so I told her of my chronic shoulder/neck pain/stiffness and she an impeccable job at tailoring the classes to help open my shoulders. Because of this, this class really gave the full strength-building-stretching-fitness-relaxing combination! Very knowledgeable and considerate instructor!

I love that everyone at Namaste is so friendly, that the studio is a lovely space, and that is very close and convenient to where I live. My husband and I love Chris Reed as a teacher - his classes are always challenging and fun!
