Team does a nice job
If you don't stop writing me to ask for a review, I am not likely to recommend Merry Maids at all. This is tiresome!

The condo was very clean except for the refrigerator handles were still dirty. In the future if I want the inside of the refrigerator and/or oven cleaned I will know to ask.
It was nice that the staff could use a lockbox and no one needed to be there! Thank you for making it convenient!

I am beyond disappointed in the service that I received from Merry Maids. They did not clean my house in a professional way that the cleaning company shine. They were many areas that were not completed, nor cleaned at all. I was shocked at the amount of money that I was charged for such a shallow clean both times they came out. The last time they came out was yesterday and they were in and out of here in less than one hour.
As a once before owner of a cleaning business, I was blown away completely. Not only did I find this disappointing, but they have you waiting around for them all day when I specifically asked for them to come in the morning when I initially signed up for the services. Never again
Good crews, good service.
Paul and his crew are great, but as the house is so small I would prefer that only 2 people come. A trio must be difficult because of space constraints.
When 3 associates clean one place ..Expectations is your place should sparkle .. Need better organizing skills . We will continue to stay .. Merry Maids has been good to us .. Thank you ..

For the most part, I thought they did a good job. The cleaners missed one whole room on the second floor and there was some pieces of rug pad on the bedroom floor that I thought could easily be scraped and vacuumed which they didn’t bother with and I came back and cleaned it up myself; other than that the place looked good. I’m not sure I would call merry maids in the future?
