The service was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional.
Didn’t clean basement and garage, but I was charged still. The manager has not returned my phone call for four days. Every time I call, I’m told she can’t come to the phone. My drain stopper was taken from the property.

You need to speak to your staff about being more careful. I have brought some of these issues to the manager who promised to speak to the team. I have had cords left unplugged, a lamp broken and two cleanings ago one of the chime pipes became dislodged from the unit. Because of this, my doorbell no longer works. MY husband now has to figure out how to repair it.
I sometimes feel dusting is inconsistent. Folk dust around, but do not move things. Also, areas around sink and tub drains don't stay clean for more than a half day. That might be a function of the product you're using. So I do it again a day later and they stay clean longer.

Patty and the ladies were very professional. They asked questions when needed about my preferences, because didn’t require monitoring or directions. I felt that they were friendly but not intrusive. They stayed busy and worked hard. It was a service I could really appreciate and have already recommended to my friends.
I wasn't happy with the cleaning results
I have had Merry Maids for quite some time and they have done an excellent job.
The cleaner came almost 2 hours after the window of 11-1pm, I had moved my schedule around, and needed to change work meetings again because of this. Then the price for an less then an hour and a half of cleaning, as my house was not that dirty, and they were trying to leave by 4pm does not seem right. The comment of needing to leave by 4pm, was made as they arrived, and said this should be no problem. I had hoped they would not have charged 300 because of this, however it was still charged as 300. I spoke with your company the day after and they said the only way to fix it was to have 100 taken off of the next clean. I don’t think that’s right either however if that was the only option, I decided to give you guys another chance. I now have an appt confirmed for tomorrow, but have not been contacted this far as to the time I should be expecting them to arrive. I find that very unprofessional, and have no idea at 730pm the night before if and when someone will showing up. These multiple reasons are why I would not recommend you to any friends/family.

I love the professionalism and friendliness of my current team,
I was extremely disappointed. I was told 1st visit was a "DEEP CLEAN" reason for price increase. Staff did an awful job.
Ex: my bedroom, my husbands dresser was not cleaned not even dusted!
Shower: inside nozzles not cleaned.
Kitchen: cabinets poorly wiped handles never cleaned.
Living room had to be re vacuumed
That's enough for starters. I maintain a clean home and was looking forward to this treat. Awful experience.

tipped the 2 girls. Because that was the
right thing to do.
all the girls were very nice and they did a great job with cleaning. i thought the initial deep down cleaning was a little on the expensive side but it will go down to $150.00 a month which is not bad.
