Make sure things are done correctly the first time. If there are doubts about what to do, call and ask.
I have hardwood floors and tile in my bathroom. My floors shine and smell good when done cleaning. The team is always friendly and works quickly and well together.
There are cleaning problems - It seems they only do what is pointed out to them.
We are trying to work with them however, I should not have to inspect as I am doing and correct things. Today they are coming back to correct big items.
Very good team and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Great happy attitudes and the products used were fine.
I prefer to see the same team at my house every time, because they know my preferences. We I get a new team, I realize that there isn’t a consistent standard of training for all employees. Maybe customer preference cards would be helpful.
The majority of the ‘Merry Maids’ I see are very polite and courteous, and take suggestions well.

I am so happy with how much cleaning the ladies did. There were things they cleaned that had not been cleaned for so long. I'm very happy an much calmer now that our house is back to being cleaner than I have ever seen. Thank you so much!!!

I had a deep clean of the house, and they didn't have enough time/people to complete the job thoroughly, so the end was rushed- there were a few corners that were missed, books weren't taken off tables to dust the bottom, and I this was the room where they were "meeting in the middle" - the last room to be complete.
I appreciate the job of the ladies very much- I just know the time/amt of people estimated was not enough.
afterwards, I called few days later to get an emailed copy of my receipt- cleaned on a Monday, called on Wednesday or Thursday, and have not received it yet.
I called again, today, Tuesday (8 days after cleaning) to get receipt and was just told the man who answered the phone could leave a message for the manager who would get back to me later this afternoon (after 4pm).
would love to see an emailed copy of cleaning service charges ASAP- preferably before 3pm today, Tuesday 7/23, so I can complete my expense report with proper receipt.
My cleaning this past time was not to the standard it needs to be for how much I pay for this service. When I went to pick up something off the ground I noticed that in the kitchen there was still Dirt near the floorboards. I also wet a white towel to the floor in the kitchen and it is dark brown. I had the cleaning yesterday and I was charged the same as a deep clean. I am very disappointed. Please cancel my repeat service.

Our house was scheduled for a move out deep clean. Normally I would have taken care of cleaning myself, but I had just had a baby 2 days earlier and, unfortunately, was unable to give the time and energy necessary to leave the home to my desired level of cleanliness for the new owner's. We were charged $540 for this "deep clean", a sacrifice for sure!
When we returned to leave the keys, we were very disappointed to see that it had received a surface clean, at best. Bathrooms had streaks and remaining dust on surfaces. The refrigerator, which I had specifically mentioned, had not been cleaned at all. Spots on the floor and door jamb, that should have come up easily with the slightest wipe-down remained, seemingly untouched.
Unfortunately, at this time, we did not have the time or cleaning supplies to make the situation right before the new owners moved in. I contacted Merry Maids and they said they would work to make it right. By the time we were able to contact the buyers agent, the buyers had already done the necessary cleaning and moves into the home. They were not interested in Merry Maids coming back to clean again. We were originally offered $75, then refunded $120 instead. I suggested at least half of the $540 would seem more appropriate, and that most people I had talkes to would not accept less than a full refund. Aftrr speaking with her supervisor, Diana called me back and said they would refund us another $120 and hoped we felt that was fair. Although it was still not what we had requested, and still doesn't seem fair to me, it seemed like that was a final offer and so I said thank you and hung up. Although they did try to make it right, I will never use Merry Maids again, and will definitely not recommend their services as I would not wish anyone else to repeat my experience.
