I think overall our house felt much cleaner , but a few things we missed and I’m not sure if the pricing was totally on par with what we got. Happy to chat to someone though. They did a good job mostly on what they did clean.

The price was increased (again) after we've been a customer for years and years. (Already had increase). Over time, shower & bathroom sinks have become stained. = hmm. Workers work very hard though.

I just do not know many people interested in the service, and if they are, too expensive. There are sometimes little things I would like to be addressed, but they are extra cost.

My house was not as clean as expected. I asked them to wash the windows inside and out and they were not all clean. We had to rewash them. The faucet in the master bathroom was not wiped off and there is still a cobweb in my shower. They were supposed to wash the floors and there were still spots on them. I had previously employed them years ago because I liked the thoroughness of cleaning top to bottom but I was really disappointed this time. I would like a refund or some money back to make up for the stress and wasted time of this job not being done successfully or professionally.

I was told they would wipe down the fronts of the cabinets, never happened. Sometimes there would still be a little bit of something stuck on the kitchen or bathroom linoleum. In short, I was paying too much for what I received.

The cleaning was fine .. but your rates are outrageous . $100 an hour is kind of crazy .. but desperate people will pay it.

Staff members were a bit late because they were running behind but they did call. Then they were even later because they couldn’t find my house. So of course now that they know where it is I don’t expect that to happen again

Improved communication of expectations from manager or team leader to the actual cleaners. Cleaners seemed to be unaware of what they were expected to clean on a first time cleaning. I wasn’t aware that anyone was in training so this was concerning.
