The aftermath of water in the basement is a very unhappy experience. But. Once I contacted my insurance company ServiceMaster's response was immediate. The dry-out and the clean-out was done right away. The repairs were done quickly enough and the quality of the work was excellent. All of the staff that I met or talked to were great - friendly, patient, professional. The folks that I spoke to by telephone kept me informed regularly and listened to me. I would recommend ServiceMaster without hesitation.
