It was easy and convenient to use. We also forgot where the driver told us to meet when we returned and I called and the dispatcher was wonderful in guiding us to the correct location. The drivers were very kinds and helpful
Providing card with parking space noted is wonderful for return drop off. Would be nice if driver could call out his stops so that customers where the van is.

That you can reserve inside covered parking! Being able to keep your vehicle out of the rain, snow and cold weather in Minnesota is great! Like that the shuttle stops at your parking spot to pick you up and your luggage too and then picks you back up at their designated ground transportation location. The friendly shuttle driver then drives you back to your parking spot.

Park and fly offers a convenient location and competitive prices. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and get you to the airport as quickly as they can.
The new policy about having the bar code ready would help to get in and out, seems a little confusing for me and the people working there. The bar code should do it all but understand dates and times change thus needing to check out properly. It’s convenient and the people all have been great. Keep up the good work
The service was outstanding! We never waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle, and I love that it came directly to our vehicle. Customer service was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, and they handled all of the luggage for us.

Nice people! Great bus drivers nd a helpful gate attendant who helped us with the gate. As an older adult, sometimes I just don’t “see” where to put the QR code mostly because we just don’t fly that frequently, so larger typeset and clear markings would be appreciated. However the attendant was there and helped us out and was very friendly too.
