Easy to navigate with QR codes. Also the drivers who provided our transport to the airport, and especially our return trip, were extremely personable and helpful. Pickup service at the airport was quick.

For the most part the experience was quite good. The only problem was that so much is dependent on computer which is fine for younger people. It is a real challenge for the elderly. Tickets should be given instead of needing to scan a code.
I use PandF maybe 4-5 times a year. I know that isn't a lot, but everytime I have used this facility, I have been treated with nothng by kindness, respect, and smiles. The staff is professional, and quick to respond. I will use no other parking facility in the future, Thank you

It was quick to check-in and was given directions on where to park. I liked how you can locate a shuttle and how long it will take for them to come. Plus, you can wait in your vehicle and the shuttles come right up to the car. Drivers were very nice (even with having to load all the luggage we had with us).
