I want to get a refund for days not used. Because of the merger into Spot I have been unable to talk to someone who can help. I got a call from Park N Fly rep a Oakland right away but he couldn't process the refund because of the change to Spot.

Ease of parking and shuttle availability immediately after parking. Also appreciate the frequent pick ups at the airport and getting dropped off right at my car.
