Quick friendly service

Transportation to the airport was very quick !
Unfortunately, the shuttle going from the airport was full and we had to wait for another, 10-15 minutes. Wasn't too bad.

Convenient airport parking

Easy to find, always an open space, the shuttle drivers are courteous and responsive

On Sunday night when the new company locked the vans out of the MSP airport the wonderful driver parked the van and walked to where we were waiting and led us back to the van to get to our cars.

I can pre reserve my parking and know it is there.

What I wish would happen are more frequent busses to the lot. Sometimes the wait is unacceptable. This time it was within OK, but there are other times I am left waiting. To the point that if the trip is 6 days or under, I just park at OAK onsite parking.

The drivers were very friendly. I also like the proximity to the airport.

Normally prompt, courteous, and helpful. Sunday on 3/3 pickup was late, 100 yards uncovered from the normal airport area ( which we were not told was going to be the pickup spot) and the driver blamed the Company for not paying their bills. Additionally we had to hold our golf clubs for the ride.
This was the first time we've had a bad experience with ParkNRide

I have been using Park N Fly plus for a long time now and I have never had one issue with anything. Paying in advance is a big savings. Thanks again.

Pick up at my car was immediate. Bus was waiting upon our return. Driver gave us instructions on where to exit. Only issue was parking a pickup truck is a challenge due to narrow spaces.

Quick pick up

I have always had good experiences. The last time on our way out, the gate wasn't working for the return shuttles. It wasn't clear what we needed to do; so, getting notification would have been nice; but, we figured it out, and all was good.

Always punctual, professional and friendly staff

Easy to get in and out quickly. Did not have to wait for service. Did not like the fact that the returning vehicle did not have the ac rubbing in the back of the vehicle and was muggy the whole ride back

Prompt. We park and usually get picked up immediately and call for pick up at the airport and usually don't have to wait long.

It works very smoothly and is completely dependable.
