Employees are friendly. I am a female and I can manage my own bags. But at 60 years old, it is nice that they do it for me. This also bumps up the tip I give them ;-)

We loved how friendly Adel was when he came to pick us up after a long flight. He was friendly with all the passengers and very energetic when it came to handling the luggage. You have a good employee there.

So many things!. Dealing with anxious travelers and people in general takes so much patience and PNF Bradley has that and more..,quick, easy, efficient, friendly, and kindness from staff.

Denisha was there when I arrived and departed and she is absolutely wonderful. So helpful, kind and friendly. She is an asset to your company! If I were a customer service manager I would hire her and do my best to keep her happy at her job. She eased my anxiety about parking while standing in the rain with a smile. It is hard to find customer service agents like her.
