it was easy to enter the parking area and find a space to park. The shuttle followed us in and was there as we parked to help us with are luggage, gave us a ticket with our parking space and phone number to call when we returned. Our driver was very cordial and helpful.

We did have to wait about 15 minutes on our return trip for shuttle to come pick us up. Our driver then was very cordial and helpful also and brought us right to our car and helped us put our luggage in the car.

I love the convenience of the close proximity to Midway airport. I have been using the covered parking and I really like knowing that when I return, I will not have to scrape snow and ice off my car. The shuttle drivers are always courteous, helpful and reliable. That means a lot to a senior lady! My flight from the west coast was delayed this past Sunday and I did not get back to Chicago until after 2 a.m. The Park N Fly shuttle was right outside the door waiting. I was so relieved to see that! I will continue to use your service whenever I fly out of Midway.
