Love the pick up and drop off directly at our vehicle. Pricing is fair and reasonable. The shuttle drivers are polite and helpful. Calling for shuttle was simple after grabbing luggage as well. Needed an extraa day due to flight cancellation and glad I did not panic about car not being picked when I originally reserved.

COURTEOUS DRIVER

Pre-registration was easy. Pick up at P&F was easy as well as the drop off. Pick up on the return was a little wait because there were a lot of customers but had vans running pretty quickly.

Prompt and friendly service. We were picked up very soon after arrival at the lot and taken to the airport without delay. Upon our return we were picked up as soon as we arrived at the shuttle site and returned right to our vehicle.

Easy to reserve a spot, shuttle service was excellent, and experience was pleasant all the way through. I would recommend better signage on entrance and exit for the covered ramp. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

This is the 1st time ever using the Park n Fly service out of Miami.

The cost per day was a great price compared to other places we have parked. The staff was absolutely AWESOME! The check-in was quick & painless & our driver delivered us to the airport safely & on time

For the return trip, we texted ahead as mentioned. The driver picked us up within minutes. When we got to Park n Fly, my car was waiting at the drop off point.

This is truly service I was not expecting, but very thankful for it!!!! Driving to & from Miami is a very stressful experience, but this made it so much better.

Getting a reservation is easy, parking is easy, what we like the best is getting too and from the airport is easy with the shuttle vans and we are brought back straight to out car.
