I want to acknowledge whoever (MDW) discovered that I had left my driver's side window open and took the time to tape it up. When I returned it was a rainy day and the inside of my car would have been soaked. It also says something about the security of the lot, as nothing in my car was missing. Thank you thank you! In general, the shuttle service was great, I didn't have to wait at all either departing or returning, shuttle drivers were helpful and kind and the price was fair.

I have used Park 'N Fly for the last 3 years . I have always been very satisfied with the service and safety of leaving my car. Only problem this time was with exciting my Q code would not take at self scanner. I had to back up and go to line where a person had to manually scan it. Hopefully this won't happen again. Your drivers are all courteous and helpful.
