Good food and service
I ordered bone-in medium wings. I got back boneless ones but I told the server that I would just go ahead and eat them anyway. Mistakes happen. I start eating them and they weren’t medium. She was busy and I kept looking for her and she just shows up with the bone-in ones I ordered in the first place. I told her the boneless ones weren’t medium, she takes them away, comes back and says the cooks say they were. The person I was with tried one before she took them and said they were too hot to be medium. No apology or anything just “well are these okay”? I realize people are busy or have bad days so I would have just let this slide but I had this same server before. I ordered a beer and she gave me one that I didn’t order. I watched her pour it and didn’t say anything because I thought it was for someone else. She gave it to me and I told her that it was fine and I would drink it but it wasn’t the beer I ordered. She snatches it, dumps it, and gives me the correct one without saying a word and walks away. I’ve been coming here since this place opened which I guess has been 10 years now. I don’t think I’ve ever complained before but I have had issues with this bartender twice now.

Best ECW we’ve been to consistently. Sarah is our favorite bar tender very attentive and always interacting for a few laughs. Olivia serves us if we can’t get a seat at the bar. Same kudos to her as well. Food!! Always consistently good!! Glad to have a place we can count on!!

Brooke is an excellent Server/Bar Tender. She always takes good care of my family and me.
Wing sauce on the bone-in wings was not properly mixed. They were sitting in a pool of the “medium sauce” (it had no heat or taste) that was completely separate from the flavor sauce. My wife got tenders with bourbon street sauce on the side. Literally a just cup of molasses. The chips that came with her tenders were burnt, she ate two of them. All of the food would have been sent back if we had time but had to eat and go pick up our daughter from sports practice. They were out of three different draft beers so my wife had to settle for an available option. We will not return to this location.

Great food and value. My orders are right 99% of the time and I usually order takeout. The portions are so large which makes East Coast an easy choice for my money, especially with rising costs of living.
I am disappointed about the portion sizes specifically the double cheese burger. I noticed the patties was significantly smaller and also the limit of only 1 slice of cheese I think is RIDICULOUS!
