The chicken was hot and fresh the staff was very nice and friendly
We got our food so soon after ordering that we wondered how we got it so fast (it actually took longer to get our desert). Then the food kinda tasted like it had been sitting around awhile, or wasn’t fixed fresh-especially the fries.
We usually are very satisfied with ECW, but we were disappointed this time.

Service is good and the food is good. I go pretty frequently and they remember me and my order preference.
I had take out and my flat bread was shoved into container and didn't have an ingredient I asked to add. Also my chip were all soggy.
Wings were perfect.
Our visit with this ECW was free of drama. Food was great, wings cooked to order and all went well. It was my suggestion for ECW to a large group and after asking, all were happy with their meals.

My order was incorrect. We were supposed to get 50 wings and only received 40.. Also I paid for extra ranch. I was supposed to get 5 total and only received 2. When I arrived I asked if they had some tin foil so I could reheat the wings at a tailgate and they said they were all out. Really?! Also I confirmed that the raging ranch would have sauce on them twice, but the sauce can on the side. I had ordered extra sauce on the side, but they put all the sauce on the side. I'm not sure where the breakdown happened - person taking the order or the kitchen, but this seems to happen every time I order to go. The order is not what I asked for.

East Coast is my favorite hangout in Winston since I moved here last year. Great staff, good food, especially AWESOME WINGS!!! I go at least Once a week if not more! Feel so welcomed there! 1/2 Off Monday Night Wings!!! Woohoooo
Serving staff are amazing!
Salad was yummy! My husband had wings and he thoroughly enjoyed them. Enjoyed watching Randy mix cocktails and watching the Vols play! Could use some softer chairs! Lol

The food was good but the tots were missing bacon strips on it . I checked when I got home but wasn’t right other than that the food was good
I got the chicken tenders and they were soo big and tough I couldn’t even eat them…also every time I order from this location something is wrong with the order…this time it was the cheese I paid extra for on my tater tot’s…thankfully I know now to always check before I leave …but still had to wait for it to be fixed
