Normally we have had a good experience here but on this night we did not! Our waitress was not attentive and not sure if she forgot to put in our food order but we waited on our food for 45 minutes. Another couple that sat down after we did was done eating before we ever got our food. We made the waitress aware of it and nothing was offered to make this right, and this meal cost over 40 dollars and time we will never get back. We were at the point we were going to leave without eating finally the food came.

Great staff and food
We ordered food for our business at 10:00 with it scheduled for pickup at 11:30. We arrived at 11:30 and the staff acted as if they didn’t know they had an order. We waited 30 mins for our food. Pretty sure they didn’t make it until we arrived unfortunately.

when a person making an order, make sure the order is right the last three times I’ve been there my order been really messed up
I was only given 4 out of my 8 sauces in a small cup. There wasn’t enough sauce for even half of the chicken. Then neither my celery or carrots were put in my bag. Terrible customer service. Tried to call the business to speak with someone after I got home and no answer twice

side of sauce. They always are fried perfect
and they are nice size yes I’m picky with
the wings. Service is Always Good.
We had Peytan not sure of the spelling of
her name. She was wonderful. It was busy I believe she was the only one working. A kind gentleman helped with her servicing food.
Like I said always great Service.

Not all of my order was in the bag when I returned home. I ordered pretzel bites but they were not in my carry out order. I should have checked the bag before leaving but I didn’t!

Long waits for food when empty. Maybe need more help or something.
The food there, especially the wings are phenomenal. It is my favorite wing place of all time. The service is great and the food comes out quick and hot. The one down side to my last visit was that the floor where I was sitting, all the way back to the bathroom and in the bathroom was very sticky. 1st time that I’ve experienced that. If I experienced it right away then there is no way that the staff didn’t. I was there for about an hour and the floor stayed that way. Every step I took it crunched.
