Food was delicious!
Wings are obviously being kept in a hot box for long periods of time and then redropped at order. Stupid, stupid dry wings are received. Great flavors, but absolutely terrible consistency of the wing itself. Staff needs to be trained in freshness of product. I think there’s a great product being ruined by a very lazy staff.
I think on Thursday when you have your wings for .99 cents it should come with one dipping sauce then anything after that you can charge. I think you should be able to earn points faster. Do more deals on wings or burgers
I called in an order, it was ready on time and delicious.
When you offer business academic and professional feedback the owner/manager sluffs it off, "Oh you wouldn't believe how many people try to get free food". Management demonstrates they being doing this so long, they have all of the answers. So customers are asking themselves, why waste my time on a survey when they already know everything.
Serve fresh lettuce with the salads. The past 3 times I've ordered one as a side, the lettuce has been pink in spots and last time it was very watery.
The tenders were great!
I eaten here many times, yesterdays order was some of the best food I've had from there. Wings crispy and sauced up. Chicken sandwich was amazing and the chips...oh those were better than anything I can but in a store. Hats off to the ones who prepared the food and lady who gave me my online order.
By giving me the right flavor. The food was beautiful to the eyes and it was nice & hot to touch, but it was totally the WRONG flavor. And because I was at work, I couldn’t leave my job to exchange it. I work 12 hours so o made the most of it. I rinsed them off and dipped them in ranch. Please give customers what they asked for, and that’s how you can improve. I was too hurt!
Service is not good . There’s never a host at the host stand and all the servers walk around like they don’t see you standing there. All the time waiting on someone to help
The food is always good and customer service is phenomenal. My only complaint is the last two times that I asked for extra carrots and extra ranch and paid the fee, they forgot to give me the extra.
I blame myself for not checking.
But the wings are the best!!!!

The food is always hot and tasty. The beer is always cold and hits the spot. But what really makes East Coast the bar to call your own is the staff. Bouncy, Jenifer and Sophie are the best! A friendly smile and good conversation makes the difference!

I ordered ten wings that I sent back because they were old. I received another order that was bad also. I was really disappointed because this was my go to spot for wings, I had heard horror stories from others about quality not being the same now I’ve experienced it for myself.
The food is good but my server is the best the reason we come every week she makes us feel welcomed and like family !
Wings and chips were great as usual!
Wings were great but more sauce would make them even better, also we had chips, also good but a lot of them were soft and not crispy like we expected them to be

I was a sever for years and I never added gratuity to my customers because if your a good server you make more than gratuity tip. She added with out telling us but it’s ok I will not be back when the food wasn’t that good .
