We have eaten in the restaurant several times. Food and service were excellent and we recommended place to others. Ordered takeout on Tues. We ordered 25 Honey BBQ wings. They were Very over cooked, dried out and sauce non existent. They were not enjoyable The 25 Hot Honey wings were better. They were still slightly over cooked, but had sauce which helped. If this had been our first time eating there, we would not go back. We were very disappointed!
Was greeted when entered the restaurant everyone was very friendly and fast service and the food was great and restaurant was very clean

We love eating here! But the dining area lacks in cleanliness. The booths and tables need to be pulled out and really swept good and mopped..also the window sills are really dirty. Other than that we've had no complaints except for a few people being on their phones instead of checking to make sure we have what we need.

Food and service are always great! Wish we had the JC location back…. We used to go all the time. Now only when we have jobs in Kingsport.

We came a few months ago and the wings chips service were amazing. So we thought we would try again. Got a beer ordered and in 5 min we had our chips which were really tasty but then even before we had 3 sips of our beer a few minutes later received the wings. They seemed to be already cooked and maybe put back down in fryer for a sec and served to us. so very dry and tough. Very disappointed. There were only 3 other families there

I enjoyed the chicken philly and I typically don't like sweet potato fries but I'm a new fan.

Always a pleasurable experience here, so difficult to find excellent customer service with friendly staff but this place has an abundance of it and we’re not complaining!
