The food was hot and delicious. The service was great.
Flavors are always too weak and wings are often rubbery. We keep trying them but it's never great. The chicken tenders are ok but fries need to crunchy.

We ordered a fairly large take out order and someone handed us two take out bags, one of which belonged to a different order. We checked one bag to make sure it looked right and went on home. But when we got home, we discovered the mistake with the second bag. We didn't have all our entrees and none of our sauces or veggies. The incorrect bag also contained shrimp, and we have a serious shellfish allergy in the house. I called to speak with someone about the mistake and was left on hold for over ten minutes and I just hung up. So we had to drive back to pick up the correct bag and by this time that food had been sitting out over 45 minutes and was cold and soggy. We were offered no compensation for all of our trouble and the extra time driving back and forth. It was an ordeal and it ruined our dinner that night. Someone needs to double check take out orders.

Don't go in the kitchen area and stay like you don't have tables
We go to this ECW to see Becky to wait on us, She is the best waitress. We go to see her every other week, She is so entertaining.

Amazing food and great service
The food and drinks are always good.
We love ECW and have been loyal customers for 13 years but we will not be coming 2 or 3 times a week because of the prices. Both food and drink prices have increased so much you are running us away. We originally came for the reasonable prices. Now everything is so expensive my husband and I are having to share an appetizer or meal. Your drink prices are at least a dollar more than establishments a couple of miles away.
Waiter never refilled water. That’s bad when u order hot wings
The food is always delicious and my order is always accurate. Service was fast and friendly.
