The atmosphere
I have received cold food that should be hot. The wings were hot, but the sauce on them tasted like it came straight out of the refrigerator.
Our food was great however we received a 10 dollar off 40 coupon that did not come off at online check out which was a little disappointing! If you advertise coupon it should work without issue
The pickup works pretty well and there's good deals. The rewards program is weird, there's two logins and one doesn't do anything. The website needs alot of cleaning up to be more user friendly.

The wings are my favorite in the area. However, this visit they were small, overcooked and lukewarm. What happened to the kitchen??
The wings were overcooked. You don't have enough specials through the week on the drinks on the late night side of things.
We have always had a great experience with food & staff when we are there. Always a great atmosphere in the bar area.
The food is always delicious!
We came back after new management and the "to go" order (online) was still wrong. I called the manager and he said he would refund the cost of the wrong item (still have not seen that post on my credit card statement). Its not about the refund, because we did eat the item that was wrong, its just now to the point that I cant trust that any online order will ever be correct.

The item i ordered did not taste right. The sauces i ordered weren’t even in the bag, the special instructions were not followed, and the heat index i got which was (mild) tastes like Texas Pete. Not what i was expecting after years of being a customer

I stopped going to this location about a year ago due to poor customer service. For the past few months, I have been patronizing this location. The staff is very friendly not the same energy as the old staff. They are actually excited and happy to be there and to help customers. The food is fresh. The people are friendly.
Consistently good quality and service.
Work on Consistency. Some days the same dish can be anywhere from excellent to mediocre. One time I order and it's the best it's ever been the next time I order it's like someone's first day.
I didn't get my complete order. I was missing my order of 5 bone-in parmesan and garlic wings.
Also I ordered food for 17 people and it would have been ideal for the containers to be marked with what was inside. Especially food like wings and burgers made to order need to be marked.

I got the grilled chicken tenders and they were delicious, not dried out which is typical at most places.
My husband tried the shrimp appetizer and said he has found his new go to. Very happy with the portion size for this. Our server was nice and efficient, didn’t crowd us and delivered everything quickly.
I ordered boneless wings and received bone in wings they were really good but did not get what I ordered
