1. Keep food warm until it is picked up.
2. Have someone at the pickup/bar location or nearby. I waited almost 10 mins at the bar for someone to hand me my prepaid bag of lukewarm food that was just out of reach behind the bar.

When you walk in the hostess make sure they finish their conversation before they even look at you or greet you, the waiters are hit or miss some are good some aren’t the food is always delicious but the wait is so long it makes it hard to go
East Coast Wings is always great. The service excellent. I just wish they would bring back the soup. Especially in The Winter.

The wings were cooked just like I like them. They didn’t put a lot of lemon pepper seasoning on them.
Went in a waited 30 min and no one seated us or even acknowledged we were standing there and it wasn’t busy . Eat here every week but think we will give it a break till they fix the problem or hire more help or something
Great prices. Good food. Very nice wait staff.
We keep trying to see if the service gets better, however, it doesn't seem to. This time our daughter was in town from Chicago and we went and they didn't get the order correct. So, they took it back and fixed and and the fries were not even fully cooked. The waiter should check these things before they bring the order to the table. When we told the waiter that there was cheese on it he said, oh they put cheese on it let me take it back and have them fix it.
Overall, the service is not getting better.... we may try again as East Coast is the only place that really has wings that are fairly good. We would love to have a BW's in Wake Forest ;-)

Service could have been a lot faster. Server said they were short staff. We had to wait a while to get waited on and for the food.

Great food and service.
I ordered 25 wings and chips, in the to-go bag the wings were stacked on top of the chips and the sauce was leaking everywhere. By the time I made it home (10min) the chips were so soggy from the grease and sauce that it was inedible. I also only recieved 23 wings. The bottom of the plastic bag was a pond of sauce, it was a literal mess.
Great food but our waitress, Brittany is one reason we visit ECW. Angela greets us with a smile and always friendly. The whole staff is friendly. Great atmosphere.

Typically eat and drink in the bar area. Carley, the bartender, is great.
The food was great !! You need people to answer the phone. I had to place my order on line . No one never picked up the phone for to place order.,very disappointed ☹️. But, the food was great . Maybe you need more help

This was my first visit and ordered wings. I don't think that I chose the right flavors but I was not impressed by the wings. Customer service was good.
