Store couldn’t find the order made from the App. Finally found 1.5 hours later. Food quality very low from sitting around. Worst experience in many years here.
Best wing flavors
I visit this location all the time and this is the first time that I was kind of disappointed with my wings. I had to recook them when I got them home could tell that they were not fully cooked, but I will visit this location again and ask them to make them crispy.
So many selections, the service was attentative and knowledgeable.
Add more sauce when someone orders sauce. It honestly was dry . And because I didn't want to be disappointed I ended up spending even more on extra cups of sauce. Luckily. But the wings were still good !
Cooper is the best!! Food is always consistent and delicious.

That had forgot to put my fries in my take out order. I called and told them and within 20 minutes they had brought them to me. That’s amazing customer service

The salads are great but when they rinse the greens they do not allow them time to drain. My salad had a puddle of water at the bottom

The wings were awesome, what can I say? I've had many in the area, but yours are definitely the best. I smelled that garlic all the way home and couldn't wait to dive in! lol So many places say "garlic parmesan" and you're lucky if you taste a bit of the garlic. I've never been disappointed in anything I've ordered there, so keep up all the good work! Oh, and your staff is also awesome! Whether dining in or simple take out, they treat you like they really value your business.

Food was great.
The chips were phenomenal but the chicken was subpar. It was dried out and I asked and paid for extra sauce and there was literally none.
We like our wings a little crispier.
I always enjoy eating at ECW the staff is always super great and the food is amazing.
Though I will say that the wings I got this week were the smallest I have ever gotten there. Normally they are meaty wings that are cooked perfectly but this week they were small with little meat. I’m sure this had to be a fluke.
My entire to go order was perfect! Mac-n-cheese burger was delicious, wings were perfect heat!
Always great food and great service. One of our favorite lunch choices.

I've tried to give east coast wings a shot over and over, I've given feedback over and over. There is never a consistent meal that comes from here for us. Either sauce or temperature of wing sauce is wrong, it never fails. Nothing makes sense on how to order from here. This order medium garlic parmesan boneless wings. ZERO sauce to make it "medium". If other chain wing places were closer to my home they would get my business. Pizza hut does better boneless wings than what we get from east coast AND pizza hut is consistent which is a win when ordering delivery or pick up.
