The chips are always soggy and greasy. Terrible!!!!!

What could we do to improve?

The food was excellent. The issue was, we waited for at least 15 minutes with no service. I had to go ask, and they didn't know we were there, even though the hostess sat us. We then had to wait another 10 minutes or so for them to come get our drinks. The wait on the food was just as long as the wait to get service and beverages.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It's not clean as it used to be. Dress and hair of waiters and waitresses. No one seems like they are happy. Last several times i have been there either the food was at room temp not hot or old where it had been sitting until someone orders that item.
