Get time once again. You always do a great job there. We had Miranda E as our server and she was awesome. We had children with us and there were slower at ordering and she stayed right with them. Thank you!
Excellent food and service
I got there 20 minutes after I ordered. There were 4 people waiting and only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant. I waited for an extra 30 minutes. They messed up someone else’s order and the manager immediately got defensive and wasn’t very professional. I finally got my food after almost a hour after I ordered and 30 minutes waiting in the restaurant. Got home and the food was cold like it has been sitting out for as long as I was waiting at the restaurant. We have gave this location and King multiple chances but over 50% of the time we eat east coast wings there is something that happens that makes the food not good. This was the 1st time we had both service and food issues. The past 4 times we have got east coast it has been cold x2, dry swings when they’re suppose to be sauced, and one time the wings were literally submerged in sauce to the point they were soggy (we didn’t ask for extra sauce).

Food quality has improved significantly since prior visit salads was fresh this time and entree was very good wait staff was great this time and prompt and courteous
When people order extra crispy wings, we want them well done, especially when given additional cook time like 45 mins for 10 wings. I expect all 10 that I ordered to be the same doneness. No pink, no flimsy chicken. That's not what I got today. As expensive as going out to eat/ ordering food is, someone should be making sure that the wings come out how they need to or add an option of extra extra crispy just to be sure. We cant taste all our chicken before we leave all we can do is eye ball it. But a thermometer during cooktime every batch and timed cooking at the right temperature should make sure the chicken is done the way it needs to be, every piece not half the batch.

The food is always great
I like that I can order online and it’s ready in 10-15 minutes as they are 5 minutes from the office. Lunch price’s aren’t bad but wish I could get a larger to go drink. Also food is good.

The waitress was extremely busy and put our order in wrong and rang everything up separately instead of giving us the special we ordered, then refused to correct it: The food is good, but I’m not coming back due to poor service.
