Waitress was very good. Nice and kept drinks refilled. Very attentive and great fast food! Came with my kids for my birthday and got the cookie skillet fr ee! Love this place
Our waiter was very polite and our food was hot and delicious. Honestly, we don’t always have the best experience at this restaurant, but the cold beer keeps us trying and hoping that this visit will be better than the last. After this last visit we will be more likely to put East Coast in our food rotation.
I order the same wings extra hot every time. They are never the same. Could use consistency.
My food has been severely undercooked my last two attempts here. Each time I’m spending close to $40. So right now I don’t know if I’m going back for a while.
Our Server, Cherish was outstanding! The wait time on receiving our food seemed too long. Everything was delicious! We love that you make your own potato chips.

Not sure if short staffed or under scheduled but our waitress was manning the bar and our table plus a couple more. She was definitely scratched too thin.

Service was extremely slow and disorganized. Everyone was very nice but it was 10+ minutes before we got water and food took approximately 40 minutes (I know because I signed up for the mobile app just after sitting down and got an email then). The food was good, but really need to work on customer service
