I love wings, and ECW is pretty much the only convenient wing place in Mocksville, so I've continued to order from there despite my experiences being hit or miss. Lately, it has been more miss than hit. It's a shame because the food is great when it is prepared right, and the restaurant has so much potential to be a great spot. I realize finding good restaurant labor in Mocksville is probably the biggest obstacle, however, the problem here is the lack of management oversight. Every time I go in, there are high school kids working and it seems there is no adult in charge. It get more chaotic every time. This last online order I went to pick up at the stated "ready" time and stood for another 35 minutes waiting. The young lady kept telling me that they were bagging my order, which was a total lie. I wasn't the only customer who was waiting this long either. The dine in service is always very slow no matter when you go or how busy it is. They could double beer sales if they would just service customers properly. Wings can be good, but there's a 50/50 chance they are sitting out or re-cooked after sitting out. If I'm paying this much for wings, they need to be better than the diners and pizza joints up the road that sell for less. I am glad to wait for fresh wings, just give good service otherwise while I wait. ECW is great in every other location I've ever been to. Mocksville has this potential, but it seems like someone else needs to buy the franchise in order for it to happen. Suggest a total overhaul of employees and management at minimum if the franchisee cares anything about his business. Otherwise, sell it to me or someone else who cares and wants that business to thrive. If this feedback seems extreme, I suggest ECW corporate pays a surprise visit to see for themselves what is happening to their brand. Its not a long drive from Winston Salem...

This was a disappointment. My order was for spicier, higher heat wings. The volcanic wings did not have any heat. All my boxes were labeled correctly but they were not prepared correctly. I don’t what the mix up was, but it is unlikely I will be ordering from you again.

Customer service has improved a lot over the last year. East Coast has great food so I'm happy that things have improved.
