I enjoyed everything the wings are the best around.

I tried to be one of the first 35 for Saturday but my 1 hour drive unfortunately I missed out. At least I don't have to drive to Mount Ariy's N.C. ti get my East Coast Wings.

Wing sauce were leaking out the box and my chips were missing
Only by that location three (maybe that many) times a year.
1) We got our celery and carrots and had to get our own napkins.
2) Somehow the waiter only entered my order and not my husband’s as well.
3) They forgot my husband’s cheese cheese dip.
4) They ran out of French fries and chips before we left.
If we hadn’t eaten here so many times before, I would have given the score of a 3 or 4.
Very very disappointed with this visit Went in and ordered Togo and was told 10-15 min well 30 min went by still no food waited about 30 min food still was not out was told we were waiting on chips for the Buffalo dip then another lady told me something completely different story wait an hour for food and it was semi cold by the time I go home. When I opened my bag all flavor of the wings was stuffed into one box which had mixed the 3 different flavors on wings I had order. None of them had any heat like I ordered and then opened the dip and there was very very very little dip which I have a picture of it was very disappointing. I been coming to yalls place since y’all first opened up in Kannapolis
I completed an online order for pickup st the Goldsboro location. I picked up and made it home about 10 mins away. I realized I was missing part of my order and my kids were anxiously waiting to eat lunch. I called the store and spoke with manager Jamal. He was very apologetic and offered to make the new meal at that time or put me down for a free meal at another time. I asked for them to go ahead and make it because my kids were really wanting ECW. When I arrived and went to bar to pick up order the bartender knew who I was and went to the kitchen. After a brief wait the manager himself came out to bring me my order and apologize one again. Thank you Jamal and team!
I love East Coast and love the food. However, their location in Lynchburg, Va sucks. The parking is impossible. Now that other businesses have filled in the other shops, you can't get a spot in the lot if you get there anytime after 11:15am (which is the earliest I have been able to get there). I have had to park on the street the last couple of times I went in and ended up in muddy areas. As much as I love them, unless the parking situation changes, I will not be going back.

Wait staff was fine, but it took a long time to get our food and then only 3 of the four of us got our food. We had to ask for the manager because the fourth plate took so long. The food also was not prepared in the way we are used to it (we ordered our usuals). The manager credited us for the fourth plate for our trouble.
Staff is very friendly and kept our drinks filled.

I recently ordered a buffalo chicken salad to go and ordered it extra hot which I found it wasn't when I got home. The salad was good but disappointed that the heat that I wanted was missing.
I usually go to the east coast wings in high point Nc on north main st and I’m never disappointed.
I went to the location on south main st this time and it was terrible. I spent over $20 and waisted all my food. There was flies and nants at the booth that we was sitting at and they kept flying around our food. The wings were also not good, they were very crispy compared to normal.
I would love to have a replacement meal but not at that location.
The food quality has gone downhill. We come in , for the meal, but the fries are our biggest favorite. This time, instead of the thinner, tasty, seasoned fries we got your run of the mill frozen fries that you get at the grocery store. The mozzarella sticks have changed & aren't that good as well. It's too bad, as I love the quesadilla that I always get, since you took the Barnyard sandwich off the menu. Not planning on returning anytime soon.
The strong Island taste like pure lemon. I could t drink it. The sauce in my southwestern chicken wrap was overload. Getting items like ketchup and ice water refills took way too long. My onion rings were good.
Food was really good and exactly when promised it would be ready, Thanks for a Wonderful Meal
