Our pickup orders are always ready when promised and the wings are great. Also, the staff is very friendly.
Got a 5pc fried tender plate and the chicken was SO overcooked and tough and chewy - I couldn't even eat them all (Ate the chips and managed to get down 1 tender before just tossing the other 4 🤢)
I mean either a refund or even just the order credited back to account would be nice, not sure if I'd try Reynolda location again, as this wasn't the first time this has happened there, which is a shame cause I love ECW and that's the closest location to me, but the Clemmons one I've never had a bad experience.
Great last meal as we are moving to Wilmington. Truly going to miss the food and staff at this location. Amir and the staff have done a great job of getting this location back on track. I know times are tight for all of us but please give this location a try if you have not been there or try again if you were disappointed in the past. They really do a great job and the daily drink specials are great. The pitcher deal on Sunday is my favorite as well as .99 wings on Monday. Thank you all again for the great meals and memories

The waiter took my order . Then brought 1 thing at a time. I had to ask a 2nd time for my ranch ( which I would not have gotten if I knew it cost extra. ) Had to wait for a refill on tea. Waited was not very alert would disappear and not no other customer for her to wait on . When I got tea to go it was hot with very little ice in it. Had to ask for more.
I have been using the Tate street location but because of a few poor experiences, I decided to try this one. The service and quality at this location is far superior to Tate street. I will be coming here from now on!
Most of the food was correct. We ordered endless basket of chips only got 1 basket and asked for more and never got any. We order wings. My wings aren't right hot garlic parm with extra sauce. Comes out dry and no garlic or parm. My wife order medium garlic parm and got mild. We tried to listen to some friends with this company that Reynolda is the best store but all 3 stores for us is down right terrible. I tried to give yall another chance per my wife and there WILL NOT be anymore from us. Like I said before, I know 1 person doesn't hurt your company, I will not be contributing to yours anymore. Reynolda, Clemmons, and Country Club has been nothing but a disappointment. I wish I could say something better but I'll take my chances at a gas station with their food over yall. Ty but no thank you.
Our family of 11 eats here every Monday. The food is good, the atmosphere is family friendly and the staff (especially Stephanie) are the best. We enjoy ECW and our time together!
