Food is not nearly as good as it use to be. That’s why we quit coming so much. The last few times we have went, our food was burnt and tasted like the oil needed changed or something.
Ordered at 5:20 for curbside pick up. 2 small orders of wings , fries and chips. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:35 according to app. Waited until 6:16. It was ridiculous.
There needs to be better systems in place for service. Why would it take 45 extra minutes for my food when there was only a handful of tables. So total of 56 minutes wait when there was barely any tables when I arrived at 5:35 to get my order.
It was another amazing visit to East Coast Wings. Although our favorite bartenders Justice and Kelsey no longer work there, Shawney was more than up to the task of waiting on us and the entire bar during our visit. Shawney has an amazing personality, and was trained well in how to make her customers happy. Kudos to everyone for making this the best place to enjoy wings in the area.

Missing items from delivery ruined dinner
Every time I've ordered food from this location, the food has always been more than satisfactory and I have never had any issues thus far. Very diverse yet simple menu, making sure that there is something for everyone's particular taste.
Food is always good. My husband loves the wings and I could eat a salad everyday.
The waiters and waitresses are always friendly and accommodating. The prices are good
especially with the economy today.
Great food great service
Once you answer the phone to take an order don't make me wait on the phone over 5 minutes to place the order. Once I get there don't tell me I didn't call it in because you lost the ticket.
Tea served with virtually no ice . Had to ask for a refill . Ordered no salt chips but they came heavily salted . Bill was a total mess with overcharges ( Mgr fixed)

I ordered extra ranch and paid for it and I only got one. For 25 wings. The celery and carrots were soft too.
Order was placed for the wrong location which is my fault, but the associate who spoke to me was in no way helpful or concerned about me getting a refund. I haven’t seen it yet and it’s been a week.
The server we had on Thursday night was not very attentive. it took her more than 5 minutes to initially come over and take our drink order. Then i had to ask her to take our food order. Someone else brought our food and she didn't come check on us. I had to flag her down to get her to come over. It was not a very good experience. If she doesn't want to be there, she should leave and give her job to someone who will actually do the job.
Employees are very attentive. Cool atmosphere.
The wings are fantastic and always cooked just right! Also, the staff is amazing, helpful, and have been friendly every time I go in.
The only thing that I wish they would change, is to make all flats since I really don't like dummies. Other than that, East Coast Wings on Country Club Rd in Winston-Salem, NC is a wonderful place to eat!
Only one server very polite and worked her tail off but service was slow. Food was great still no Blue Moon n though

Wings are always delicious. Plenty of seasoning and sauce.
Our food took forever. Even after receiving food from someone other than our server, we were without silverware and sauces (blue cheese and ranch that we ordered). No one in sight for ten minutes until I went to the front to find someone. We were served our drinks in to go cups and only received plastic forks and knives. Impossible to cut boneless wings with this. The wings were tough and did not seem fresh. We had asked for our chips to be “floppy”. They came out crispy so we asked for them to be redone. The second set were just as crispy so we gave up. Took a while for the check. We do not typically frequent this location and likely will not be back.

An entire order of boneless wings as well as blue cheese, carrots, and celery were missing from our bag. Because you have messed up orders in the past, I caught it before I left the store. It was corrected, but it meant I had to wait and the other food got cold while waiting for the missing items.
Someone should be checking every bag before it leaves the kitchen to ensure all items are included.
