I order every Monday and the last 3 times I've got more flats then drum prefer half and half live the service

We are regulars to the Thomasville location. Tammy, Stephany, and Kiara are great. We hate to see Kiara moving on, but wish her the best in her next profession.

Great place and great people
East Coast is our families go-to restaurant for wings. One of the few my Son will actually eat at! We came in to eat after being at the pool all day! Constance was our waitress and she was great!

There wasn’t enough staff so the overworked waitress was unable to keep up with the tables she had to help
Our service was horrible this visit!! We had to ask for everything. Ran out of water a couple times. Waited insanely long for our chip refill. Never could find our waitress. Did she even want to be there, definitely questionable.
I enjoy the variety of wing flavors. I wish this place was closer to my home. I drive 30 minutes from home to East coast wings. I found this place by accident when I was looking for something to eat. I love this place.

There is one waitress that is miles above the others there. She is the reason we go.
Pico de Gallo was terrible - had hardly any tomatoes in it / was only onions and cilantro. Service was terrible.

No Beer
My last order my chips were all completely burnt and tasted awful. The wings were okay but lacked sauce. I ended up throwing out all our chips (two orders) and 1/2 my wings. We got take out after because we were still hungry. For a $40 order the price did not reflect quality. Very disappointed in the food.
The woman at the front was kind and I appreciated that. Our order was also promptly made which was nice.
I was a bit concerned when we read the DHEC report latter on that day…..
