On Friday, August 29, 2025: Had a great dining experience with my little family. We had a kids meal, buffalo chicken lettuce wraps and a chicken finger platter. All the food was hot and delicious. We even tried a special seasonal drink, caramel apple. It hit the spot. We had excellent service provided by "Darius" and occasionally "Edwin", both of whom provided entertainment while singing along with the great tunes played. I can say I liked every song that was played while we were there. Darius introduced us to the rewards card and we even racked up triple points for our meal! We came back again on Labor Day (9/1/25) and enjoyed the Cowboy burger x2 (a smash hit!) but were a little disappointed the Fiesta burger wasn't available anymore. We received $5.00 off our meal from the rewards we accumulated on Friday (SCORE!!)

What could we do to improve?

Sometimes the boneless wings are delicious other times they are dried out like they were reheated. Don’t like the hard seats.

My sandwich has a very weird not good smell. I couldn’t eat it.. I let my husband try it he ended up with diarrhea

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My box with chips was half full and the sauce with wings was all over my bag. The sauce was out when they hand me the bag. This has never happened before.

We always enjoy our visits to ECW. The food is made to order and delicious. We haven’t had a bad meal there yet. The staff and manager at our location are amazing.
