The dining is very nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. I also like the friendly service.
I ordered the Island Burger, when I was there on the 22nd. Nice and filling.
The services and the great food

2nd time in a row, and we stayed away 2 months. Exact same thing happened again. Appetizer was ordered as the meal, waitress was told to bring it with everyone's meal. Brought out as an appetizer. No silverware brought out, how do you eat salads without??
One follow-up on drinks, after all had been empty for a while. Two checks for the table, both were rung up wrong. And last but not least, a ninety health rating. You guys are on the way to closing up if this continues. Too many choices, to be subjected to this.
Food was not cooked correctly and waitress did not listen to us.
The first few times we were there the service and the food was really good. It seems like the last few times I’ve been there the food hasn’t been fresh. I was there yesterday and the chip were cold and not crunchy. I didn’t send them back this time because I felt bad for not telling the waitress boneless wings and changed the order after she put it in. In my defense she didn’t ask me what kind of wings I wanted. We wanted the Iron skillet chocolate chip cookie and we couldn’t have one because the oven wasn’t working.
The time before this one the food was cold and I sent it back.
The time before that our service was so slow because they were short staffed. The manager did give us a discount.
I wish the service and the food would go back to the way it was a year ago.

Got wings and burger but I guess she didn’t hear I asked for grilled onions on burger but that was fine. Food has always been good.

The waitress was not very attentive. Things we asked we didn’t get or had to ask multiple times. The food took a long time to even get our appetizers. We love East Coast Wings, but not our best experience! And what was sad it was a birthday dinner!! Thank you!

First good experience out of 3. 3rd is the charm. The new management is paying off. Wings cooked great compared to overdone and under sauced first two times. Service was great. Thanks for paying attention. I will be back where previously I had given up.
