Food is always good, fast, friendly host
Food was terrible this time again. Chips taste old(maybe grease is old) wings were not at all saucy had to send back(all every time for extra sauce and they always dry). Will not be coming at the country club store has continuously disappoint with service. I know it doesn't affect with 1 person not coming but I will inform my friends and family.
It’s been a while since I last visited East Coast because of a pretty bad experience. But I can say without a doubt this visit was excellent. The food was good and hot, the service was outstanding and I will be back soon.
My most recent order was innacurate (plain tenders that were dry instead of the medium sauced ones I always get). I also wish my local store gave 2+ fuller cups of sauce per box/meal rather than just 1, and that they would separate the food more. Usually, when I get the sauced wings or tenders they include the side (fries/celery/chips/etc.) in the same box and it gets covered in sauce, and even if they don't, they get soggier from the heat/moisture. Other than that, the food is good, the employees are always friendly and usually pretty quick, the orders are done when they say they'll be, and the prices are pretty fair, so I appreciate all that.
The food and the service were excellent. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly.

I've been going to east coast since the original one on country club rd.i really wish you could bring back the original raging ranch .not the dry rub
Great waitress and good food.
I visit East Coast in Kernersville weekly, which is always an online order. If I am ordering wings, the order is always screwed up in 1 way or another. Recently I ordered 25 wings w/ 2 heat index 16 Hot, 9 Medium both same flavor as well as added saucy for an extra charge. The 9 was Hot 16 Medium but no matter if you check your order, you do not know the mix up till you dive in hoping to enjoy. Each time i pay the upcharge for saucy, after picking them up 1 time and they were so dry that they were horrible, guess .99 is worth the trash not getting them. But when you are charged .99 to make sure they aren't dry and they are dry anyway, well that's very frustrating. I brought it to servers' attention, and she gets a cup of the flavor sauce from the back. Not the same as mixed in with heat index. Southwestern Chicken Wrap, another favorite when not dry. Also, a bell or someway to reach the takeout servers, I have stood there sometimes over 10 mins waiting for someone to come out of that swinging door, in a hurry as I see my food sitting on counter. bagged and ready to jump in the truck with me. I have walked through the dining room to side of entrance to request someone help with take out. Very frustrating seeing the laughing picking around with each other while there are a few people around at takeout that would love to receive their food and leave. Each time I visit ECW sitting in take-out area, there is always at least 1 bringing a bag back in the door. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Each and every time I have paid a visit to East Coast wings in Albemar, North Carolina. Staff have been outstanding in service, which makes me return each week. Thanks to Terry for putting this East Coast wings in Albemarle you have done an outstanding job.

Waitress was rude at first and brought the wrong drinks to 2 of us, then brought out the appetizer nachos and they were to have no tomatoes and it had then on them and on the side. She did lighten up a little but not the best waitress.

Khris is an amazing and attentive bartender, he suggested I try the frozen margarita as I normally drink the frozen Long Island Ice Tea. It was a great suggestion and I loved it! My salad was delicious and as always the wings were tasty.
The food is great. Not the best customer service skills from the person taking the online or to go orders… and never the correct condiments. Even when you pay for them.
Ability to apply reward to when making a new purchase. Also, quick order pick up we be helpful when picking up.
