How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The wings were dry. Used to be my favorite place but last few times we’re not good. Friendly staff but food has gone down Last name removed lately. The wings I ordered has basically no sauce. I won’t do this survey anymore either because it hasn’t helped. LSt time I was there my points weren’t even added.

Very unfriendly staff. Stood right in front of them for over 5 minutes and the 2 ladies just looked at me. They finally said, "How many?" And I stated, "Order for Last name removed" and they answered, "Oh, here it is"

What could we do to improve?

I love ECW so I will return and tell my friends. The service is always great and wonderful supplies. However, this time, I ordered the bacon ranch wings. I normally get them and they re more flavorful. This time they seemed to be wings tossed in mayo with bacon bits.

Order was not ready. Cashier said they do not give extra toast (even though we paid) for take out orders. We did not have carrots/celery like we ordered. Bad experience!
