Better quality food. It's hit or miss and that's not good for business.
We arrived a little before 5 pm and after someone brought our menus and silverware, it took 10 minutes for a server to come back to our table to ask us what we wanted to drink.
There was only one other table seated and one person at the bar.
There were three servers out near the bar, laughing and cutting up.
When we received our usual dry rub wings - the Raging Ranch wings were “swimming” in grease . We had to send the back .
I had $5 rewards on my card and I was not asked if I wanted to use them on my bill , the server just automatically used them.
The restrooms were dirty and my silverware was dirty. In a time that we are in currently, I would think that more attention would be given to cleanliness.
Very disappointed in this visit.

The East Coast Wings in Kinston is a nice place to go, most of the time. My husband and I go there usually every Saturday and the reason we go on Saturday is because of Brandy Blizzard. She is friendly, courteous, smart and is very good at her job. She is an asset to this location.
I know we shouldn't have gone in so late 45 minutes before closing....but staff had it "written all over their faces" that they weren't happy we were coming in late. Waitress was fine but other staff members were not. I worked in retail and the airlines industries -- and you serve to the door is closed and locked....maybe EC needs to pass this along.....

Had an awesome waitress by the name of Amanda. She suggested a few items due to it being my first time at the restaurant. I ordered cheesesteak egg rolls and chicken wings and they were great.
On our last visit, March 8, 2020, we had to wait an hour for our food. Several table arriving after we had placed our order but were served their food before our table was served. Could have understood wait if (1) there had been a lot of customers, and (2) other tables had not been served ahead of our table. Also for some time now there has been no consistency on salads. All Cobb Salads should have the same ingredients and portions should be the same. Chicken when grilled should have some flavor! On another Sunday two from our table tried the chicken soup with our salad. The soup was so salty we were unable to eat it.
The manager is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The wings are tasty and consistent.
Food was great, service was great no complaints
Servers need to be reminded customers don't like to be answered with "I don't know" as opposed to "I don't know but I could find out for you." Servers need to make the customer feel important not as though they are impeding upon their day. When asking to go ahead and put in an order the response shouldn't be, "Oh well you don't want me to put in your order right now, the kitchen is a madhouse!" The state of your kitchen should have no effect on when you take my order if I know what I want when I come in the door.
Our family visited the East Coast Wings in Burlington NC on Friday, March 13th. The girl who greeted us (Anna) and walked away to find a table for our party of 5 and never came back. Multiple parties were greeted and seated as we sat and waited. I finally asked another greeter if we would be seated or not. After finally being seated, we waited again for a waitress to stop by. Eventually our waitress (Mahaley) took our drink and food orders. She brought our water and iced tea pretty quickly but didn't come back for a very long time. Several members of our party needed beverage refills, and our bar order had not arrived. I got up and went to the bar to get beverage refills from the bar tender and to ask if our bar order had even been placed. I ended up purchasing my mixed drink directly from the bartender because that order was never placed. We waited and waited, still haven't see the waitress, and finally I went to the hostess area to find out if our food order was coming or not. I found 3 employees standing around at the front. One of them went to check on our food, which was then delivered to our table. The appetizer we ordered was cold and had clearly been sitting in the kitchen for a while. The wings were still hot and they were wonderful (as usual!). We had to flag down Anna to get things like our celery and carrots, ranch and bleu cheese, and napkins because our waitress was once again nowhere to be found. I also had to flag down Anna to order a cookie skillet and to get boxes for our leftovers. The restaurant was very busy, but most restaurants in Burlington NC are busy on a Friday night at 7:00pm. Our waitress was new and didn't appear to have any trainer assisting her. The people we saw hanging around the host station did make an effort to come by a few times after I asked them where our food was...but I was left wondering why none of them were out in the dining room refilling drinks and checking on tables to help the struggling wait staff. We arrived sometime between 7:00p and 7:15p. Our ticket originated in the computer at 7:39pm. It was almost 9pm when we finally left after paying the bill and having one of the most frustrating dining experiences ever. Knowing how disappointed and frustrated we were (I was polite with the staff but I was firm and clear that the service was unacceptable). When the bill arrived I was sure that something would be discounted as a courtesy and an acknowledgment that our experience was not up to the restaurant's standard. I was wrong. I paid the entire bill and walked out with absolutely no intention of ever going back. In short, I enjoy dining out and I see it as a way to reinvest in my local economy. I work too hard for my money to throw it away on service like that. I have a copy of the receipt if you are interested. Thanks for giving me the chance to share my experience. Hopefully my feedback will prevent this from happening to someone else.
I specifically requested a hamburger with only lettuce tomato and mayo and I said I realize this is not on the menu to the waitress. I also said specifically several times I only wanted one patty and no cheese. She picked the highest hamburger on the menu to charge me for the 50/50 burger and then when the burger came it had cheese on it so I just scraped it off since she didn't come back for a while. First, you would think since I wanted less ingredients you could have charged the least amount and also it should have been checked before bringing it out if it was done correct.

What I enjoy most about East Coast is the variety of delicious wings and other items served there. I am never disappointed with their food and customer service.

The waitress did a great job, except that I ordered a draft red oak but was unable to get it due to technical issues with the kegs, I was offer another draft and the attention she put in to resolve the issue was greatly handled, I will come back for sure looking for my red oak, I don't know if a manager was working at the time of my visit and it if was it had been great to have her or him come to the table and acknowledge the situation and make the waitress more at ease with the situation

We ordered appetizers, salad , and wings and quesadillas. All the food was good except for the quesadillas they were extremely greasy. Grease was pooled in the plate. Our waitress Tiffany did offer to take them off the bill we declined.
Tiffany was an exceptional waitress. She kept our drinks filled. And our chips refilled.
She was very friendly and had a great personality. She was so polite. She was constantly checking on our table to see if we needed anything.
We will definitely be back and we will request her.
The steak philly looked nothing like the picture in the menu. The picture also showed th bun being filled colorful peppers and plenty of steak. I threw away both both ends because there was nothing to eat except bread.. The chips were excellent. Overprice for what I got. I am not asking for any favor, l will go th High point next time.
