I love the food. Anthony that works at the one in Thomasville is and awesome waiter. He takes very good care of his customers and I appreciate that.

Hot chips were so burnt we couldn’t eat it. We asked for original hot chips. Not floppy not burnt.

The customer service is hit or miss at the Waxhaw location. It’s just not consistent. But the food always brings us back.

There was no sauce on my chicken sandwich and we did not get any of the dipping sauces (blue cheese and cheese sauce.) We had ordered for carryout and did not discover the errors until we got home.
The service was goog. The Covid-19 situation limited service to carry-out.

I typically love the food. However, virtually almost every time I do carryout, my order is missing something. You really need a better way to ensure you get these orders correct. Maybe you should go thru the order with the customer before they leave. Chili’s takeout does this.

Staff is not following what your company has laid out for curbside pick up, due to the coranavirus. Complete confusion and putting customers at risk.
No salad dressing, napkins nor utensils.

I called to place a order while on my way up there it took me exactly 12 mins to get there and the whole time I was trying to place my order I was on HOLD. I got inside while still on hold and then someone decided to pick up. I told her I was in the lobby already. Then they asked was I picking up or placing a order. I told her placing a order and then she just walked off came back and everyone that came in after me order was taken or order was ready. I will never step foot in that place again. I will drive all the way from Harrisburg to Monroe to get what I want. Your customer service in that place really sucks. And the manager was no where to be found.. This is how you lose good paying customers.
